• Payment once made for teluguvivah.com services cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other product or packages provided.

If the users meets the below conditions and do not find a match within 30 days, they will get a full refund ! No questions asked !

• User's must have added a minimum of 3 photos to his/her profile.
• User must have verified his email id and phone number
• User's profile should be Govt ID verified.
• User's profile completion score must be at least 80%.
• User must have messaged at least 15 mutually matching profiles in first 15 days after membership purchase.
• User does not have a single reply on messages initiated by him/her.
• You should not have consumed any phone number from his/her membership.

Approved Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days from the date of refund request approval and is subjected to deduction of GST amount.
